AMENDED JUDGMENT. The parties in the case of reference, have filed a Joint Stipulation Terminating the Consent Decree entered by this Court on August 21, 2001 (Docket No. 91 ) and its amendment thereto by the Settlement Agreement filed on September 13, 2005 (Docket No. 120 ). The Court, after considering the above Joint Stipulation Terminating the Consent Decree, hereby approves the same and terminates the Consent Decree dated August 21, 2001 and its amendment dated September 13, 2005. THIS CASE IS NOW CLOSED FOR ALL ADMINISTRATIVE AND STATISTICAL PURPOSES. IT IS SO ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED. Signed by Judge Daniel R. Dominguez on 3/11/2019. (EA)
