ORDER (GAT), In accordance with the informal discovery conference conducted on 07/28/2026, Defendant SHALL HAVE up to and including 08/14/2026 to file a motion to withdraw or otherwise amend its answer to Request for Admission Number 5. Plaintiff shall have seven days from the filing date of said motion to file an opposition or responsive brief. Thereafter, Defendant shall have seven days from the filing date of Plaintiff's brief to file a reply brief.
