Order on Motion for Leave to File Document
ENDORSED ORDER denying 25 Motion for Leave to File Electronically Through CM/ECF. Absent a court order, pro se litigants are not permitted to file electronically through CM/ECF. Admin. Proc. for Elec. Filing (M.D. Fla. Nov. 18, 2025); Local Rule 1.01(c). Generally, pro se litigants are denied access to electronic filing unless extenuating circumstances exist to justify waiving CM/ECF procedures. See Huminski v. Vermont, No. 2:13-CV-692-FTM-29, 2014 WL 169848, at *4 (M.D. Fla. Jan. 15, 2014). Plaintiff has failed to establish such extenuating circumstances. See, e.g., Kraft v. Kurowski, No. 5:25-CV-677-PGB-PRL, 2026 WL 1601354, at *1 (M.D. Fla. June 4, 2026) (finding no extenuating circumstances permitting leave to file electronically when the defendant claimed she was capable of complying with the applicable rules and procedures and argued granting leave would promote judicial economy and reduce delays); Mancuso v. Perez-Molina, No. 6:26-CV-00990-PGB-LHP, 2026 WL 1481498, at *1 (M.D. Fla. May 27, 2026) (finding no extenuating circumstances permitting leave to file electronically when the plaintiff resided out of state). Signed by Judge William F. Jung on 9/10/2026. (OT)
