Link 3 - Set Ripe Deadline Order on Motion for Leave to File
EO: Plaintiff's unopposed motion for leave to file a reply in support of his Objection 136 is GRANTED. Plaintiff must file any reply by no later than September 25, 2026.
The court notes that after Plaintiff made this request, Judge Mansfield partially granted Plaintiff's third motion for leave to file a second amended complaint, Dkt. 139, and Plaintiff has now filed a Second Amended Complaint that spans 188 pages, Dkt. 140. Plaintiff may use his reply to clarify whether, given these recent developments, he still wishes this court to rule on his Objection.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
