Conferral must include a substantive give-and-take exchange with opposing counsel. Moreover, if counsel is non-responsive, the rule requires the filer of the motion to identify with specificity how conferral was attempted (i.e., "date, time and manner" of efforts to confer). See Local Rule 7.1(a)(3) Plaintiffs did not include an appropriate and thorough Rule 7.1(a)(3) conferral certification in this Motion, which is grounds for denial. I also note that the Motion is incomplete, with numerous highlighted blanks with missing information. Should Plaintiffs renew this Motion they must comply with all applicable Rules.
