ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE RE SANCTIONS by Judge Michelle Williams Court: The Court, on its own motion, sets an order to show cause re sanctions in the amount of $250 against Plaintiffs' counsel for failure to file and serve the Petition for Minor's Compromise in accordance with the deadline set in the Court's prior order. See Dkt. 121 . The Court sets the Order to Show Cause for hearing on August 7, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. in Courtroom 6A. If the Petition for Minor's Compromise is filed and served by August 4, 2026, there is no need for Plaintiffs' counsel to appear, and the Order to Show Cause will automatically discharge.
