Order: The Court has been notified that on June 22, 2026; Defendant Martinez Fresh Produce, LLC, filed a petition for bankruptcy under Chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. Pursuant to Section 362 of the Bankruptcy Code, an automatic stay is now in effect. Plaintiff requests that this case remain open and active against Defendant Arturo Martinez Isguerra a/k/a Arturo Martinez. However, in the interest of justice and to appropriately control the Court's docket, see Blundell v. Home Quality Care Home Health Care, Inc., No. 3:17-CV-1990-L-BN, 2017 WL 5889715, at *6 (N.D. Tex. Nov. 29, 2017), this case is administratively closed without prejudice to its being reopened after the related bankruptcy proceeding is concluded or the stay is lifted.
