MINUTE entry before the Honorable Beth W. Jantz: On 8/5/2026, the parties informed the Court via email that all parties, with the exception of Defendant ThyssenKrupp Elevator Corporation ("TKE"), have reached a settlement. The settling parties shall file a motion for a good faith finding regarding settlement by 9/3/2026. If TKE wishes to oppose this motion, its response is due by 9/17/26; no reply necessary. Accordingly, all pending deadlines related to the settlement conference scheduled for 9/14/2026 207 , 209 , including the settlement conference itself, are stricken. A status hearing is set for 9/9/26 at 3:15pm to address next steps concerning the claims against Defendant TKE. To join the hearing by phone, dial 1-650-479-3207 and enter access code 2308 182 1801. Entering an attendee code is not required. Members of the public and media will be able to call in to listen to this hearing.
