Minute Order ~Util - 1 Set/Reset Deadlines and Hearings
MINUTE ORDER issued on 9/2/2026 by the Courtroom Deputy for District Judge Dena M. Coggins: On 9/2/2026, the parties filed a 12 Stipulation requesting a nine-month extension of time for filing dispositional documents. Having considered the parties' Stipulation, the court does not find good cause for such a lengthy extension. The parties' Stipulation explains that the extension is needed because the parties will be filing a noticed motion for court approval of their settlement, but it is the filing of that motion that needs to be done by the deadline for dispositional documents. Thus, the court will extend the deadline for the parties to file dispositional documents (i.e., in this case, the parties' motion for court approval of their settlement), from 9/3/2026 to 12/2/2026. (Text Only Entry) (Deputy Clerk CRS)
