ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Kevin Anderson must show cause, in writing, why he should not be sanctioned pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11, for violating the interference injunction set forth in the Appointment Order (ECF No. 88 at 12, § 29), and for violating Rule 3.3(a)(1) and (3), Rule 3.4(c), Rule 5.5(a)(2), and Rule 8.4(c) and (d), and their analogue rules in Utah where he is barred, for the conduct outlined in this order by October 19, 2026.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Jeffrey Judd, Aaron Prince, and Denise Mraz must show cause, in writing, why they should not be sanctioned by being held in contempt for violating the interference injunction set forth in ECF No. 88 at 12, § 29, by October 19, 2026.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Receiver's 992 emergency motion for an order is denied as moot.
