Because the original Complaint (ECF No. 1 ) remains operative, so does Defendant Hanni's Answer (ECF No. 17 ), Defendant Hanni's Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 16 ), and Defendants Zinni-Hanni and Trumbull County's Answer (ECF No. 15 ).
