For the reasons stated in the motion, and without any objection from Plaintiff, the Court finds that good cause exists to excuse Defendant from mediation. All deadlines set forth in the Scheduling Order pertaining to mediation--i.e., the deadlines to stipulate to a mediator, to complete a mediation session, to complete the mediation program (Docs. 28, 28-1)--are hereby VACATED.
