Upon payment of sale costs to him, the Special Master SHALL deliver his deed and other documents reasonably necessary to complete the sale and transfer of the Pathfork property, as described and set forth in the Court's Order of Sale [R. 1152], and subject to the Court's prior Order [R. 1081] as referenced in the Court's Order of Sale, to HBKY or its designee with all diligence.
