STIPULATION AND ORDER OF DISMISSAL: By virtue of a settlement agreement between the parties, and pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(l)(A)(ii), Plaintiff Michael Scott Vogel, individually, and on behalf of the Tradekraft Partnership (collectively, "Plaintiffs") and Defendants TakeOne Network Corp. d/b/a Wrapbook, Patrick Ali Javid, Naysawn Naji, Hesham El-Nahhas, and Cameron Woodward (collectively, Defendants)1 hereby stipulate and agree that Plaintiffs claims against Defendants are hereby dismissed with prejudice.
