On April 24, 2026, the Court 8 found that Defendant Integrated Environments Testing & Balancing, LLC was liable for violating ERISA and ordered Defendant to submit to an audit to determine the amount of damages due. The Court gave Plaintiff The Board of Trustees of Sheet Metal Workers Local 91 Health & Welfare Plan until June 26 to file a renewed motion for default judgment with the results of the audit and any other documentation supporting its claim for damages. Plaintiff failed to submit a renewed motion by the deadline. The Court sua sponte EXTENDS the deadline to July 21, 2026. Plaintiff has until that date to file either a renewed motion for default judgment or a status report. Failure to do so may result in dismissal for failure to follow court orders.(PJD)
