   TEXT ORDER entered by Judge Sara Darrow on June 25, 2026. On May 8, 2025, the Court granted in part Plaintiff's motion for default judgment. See 15 May 8, 2025 Order. The Court found Defendant liable for violating ERISA and ordered him to submit to an audit by June 8, 2025. Id. at 5. The Court further stated that Plaintiff may file a renewed motion for default judgment with the audit's results by July 8, 2025. Id. After significant delay and Plaintiff initiating show cause proceedings, the Court ordered Defendant to sit for an audit on May 13, 2026. Apr. 22, 2026 Minute Entry. As no status report was filed asking the Court to resume contempt proceedings, the Court presumes the audit was successfully completed.
