Order on Motion to Withdraw as Attorney
ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT NEWREZ, LLC, MOTION FOR SUBSTITUTION OF COUNSEL: ORDER granting 16 Motion to Withdraw as Attorney. Mr. Frank C. Achonye shall be designated as lead counsel for Defendant. The Court is advised that Mr. Frank C. Achonye, who will substitute Byron T. Keaton as lead attorney for Defendant, is not a member of the Bar of the Northern District of Texas. (See ECF 16 at 2 n. 1). Accordingly, on or before Monday, October 26, 2026 Frank C. Achonye shall either (1) gain admission to the Bar of the Northern District of Texas generally; (2) apply for admission pro hac vice for this case; or (3) file a motion to withdraw as counsel. The parties are reprised of the October 30, 2026, deadline to file a Joint Stipulation of Dismissal and reminded that only an attorney who is admitted to practice in the Northern District of Texas may sign such a stipulation.
