IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the motion to dismiss by Burbules-Finnegan based on insufficiency of service [ECF No. 45 ] is dismissed. Also dismissed are: Plaintiff's motion to strike the appearance of Defendant Burbules-Finnegan's counsel as untimely and procedurally improper [ECF No. 48 ] and Plaintiff's motion for default judgment against Burbules-Finnegan [ECF No. 49 ]. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter is dismissed as against Defendant Burbules-Finnegan pursuant to this Court's screening authority under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2) due to Plaintiff's failure to state a federal claim against her. FINALLY, IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff's motion for protective order/sanctions [ECF No. 11 ] is dismissed as moot. The Clerk is directed to close this case.
