Link Order on Motion for Protective Order
EO: The Court reviewed 72 Defendants' Motion for Protective Order Regarding Plaintiffs' Notice of Taking Deposition Upon Oral Examination (Motion) and related papers. The Motion requests a postponement of the deposition of Defendant Steve Bonner, which was originally scheduled for April 25, 2024. See ECF No. 67 . However, after the Motion was filed, Plaintiffs filed an amended notice of deposition, rescheduling the deposition for an agreed-upon date of June 18, 2024. See ECF No. 75 . Additionally, although Defendants request a postponement of the deposition until after Plaintiffs add new defendants to this case, no stipulation or motion to add new defendants is currently before the Court. Therefore, the Court rejects this argument and DENIES Defendants' Motion.
