TEXT ORDER: Plaintiff's Motion for Award of Attorney's Fees and Expenses (DE 196 ) seeks an award of $1,004,896.08 and requests that the Court amend the Judgment (DE 190 ) to incorporate that amount. Plaintiff subsequently filed a Satisfaction of Judgment (DE 197 ), confirming that the Judgment has been satisfied as to all damages, prejudgment and post-judgment interest, costs, and attorney's fees and expenses, and authorizing the Judgment to be marked fully satisfied and forever discharged. In light of Plaintiff's representation, no live dispute remains concerning attorney's fees or expenses, and no amended judgment is necessary. Accordingly, Plaintiff's Motion for Award of Attorney's Fees and Expenses (DE 196 ) is DENIED AS MOOT.
