On June 10, 2026, Plaintiff VHS Acquisition Subsidiary Number 7, Inc. filed a motion to amend/supplement the complaint. (Docket #34). Plaintiff certified that the Defendant Massachusetts Nurses Association does not oppose the motion. Therefore, the motion to amend the complaint (Docket #34) is hereby ALLOWED. Plaintiff shall now file the amended complaint on the docket. Having allowed the motion to amend the complaint, the court hereby DENIES the motions to dismiss (Dockets #20 and 28) as MOOT. (DMK)
