   ORDER terminating 123 Motion for Leave to File Document. For the reasons stated on the record at the July 29, 2026 conference, Plaintiff's motion for leave to amend is GRANTED. Plaintiff shall, by July 30, 2026, file the Third Amended Complaint on the docket. The Third Amended Complaint shall be the operative complaint in this matter. Accordingly, the pending motions to dismiss, ECF Nos. 43, 44, and 56, are DENIED AS MOOT. Additionally, the Defendant Jane Doe's motions to proceed using a pseudonym, ECF Nos. 2 & 80, are provisionally GRANTED, pending the filing and resolution of a supplemental submission from Defendant Doe addressing the circumstances that justify anonymity, with citations to case law from within the Second Circuit, and stating whether the other parties consent to the motion. The parties are directed to file a joint status letter on the docket by August 3, 2026 with a proposed briefing schedule for any anticipated motions to dismiss and page limits for those motions should the parties seek any adjustments from the Court's Individual Rules. Additionally, the status letter shall include a date by which Defendant Doe will file her supplemental submission on the motion to proceed using a pseudonym, and a date for responses from other parties, if any.
