ORDER granting 34 : The parties' letter requesting an extension of time to complete expert discovery is granted on consent and because the Court finds that there is "good cause" for this extension. The parties shall take the first step in dispositive motion practice by 09/21/2026; if none, the parties shall file their proposed joint pre-trial order by that same day, either way pursuant to the presiding district judge's individual rules. There will be no further extensions of these deadlines. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Marcia M. Henry on 07/06/2026. (BMF)
