Order on Motion for Pre Motion Conference
ORDER re 12 Motion for Pre Motion Conference by HeartShare Human Services of New York -- The Court has reviewed the parties' pre-motion letters concerning defendant's anticipated motion to dismiss and has determined that a pre-motion conference is not necessary. The motion shall be briefed as follows: motion due on or before October 16, 2026; opposition due on or before November 16, 2026; and reply, if any, due on or before November 27, 2026. As a courtesy to the Court, the parties are encouraged not to file their motion papers and submit courtesy copies until the motion has been fully briefed, unless doing so might cause a party to miss a statutory deadline. See Rule III.B.2 of this Court's Individual Practice Rules. Unless otherwise ordered, discovery is not stayed during the pendency of defendant's motion. Ordered by Judge Natasha C. Merle on 9/16/2026. (AG)
