TEXT ORDER - Plaintiff's Motion to Compel 34 is GRANTED IN PART: Defendants have 45 days from the date of this Order to produce Plaintiff's original personnel file. Additionally, Plaintiff and Defendants shall promptly discuss narrowing the scope of the other outstanding requests for production; Defendants shall respond to those narrowed requests no later than 45 days from the date of this Order. If counsel cannot agree upon narrowed requests, then they shall request an informal discovery conference with the Court.
