MINUTES OF PROCEEDINGS - Status Conference held on 9/17/2026 before District Judge Anne R. Traum. Crtrm Administrator: Katie Lynn Sutherland; Pla Counsel: Priscella Saintal-Bowman, Pro Se; Def Counsel: Matthew Wolf; Remote Court Reporter: Shannon Zelt; Time of Hearing: 11:04 a.m. - 11:08 a.m.; Las Vegas Courtroom: 6A.
The Court holds today's proceeding to review the status of appointing pro bono counsel. Pro bono counsel has not been assigned as of today; however, the Pro Bono Program continues to actively advertise for counsel for settlement and trial purposes. The Court inquires if Ms. Saintal-Bowman would entertain participating in another settlement conference. Ms. Saintal-Bowman responds in the affirmative that she is willing to participate in a settlement conference. The Court will refer this matter to the magistrate judge for settlement.
The Court schedules a status conference for Thursday, November 19, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. before U.S. District Judge Anne R. Traum in a Las Vegas Courtroom to be determined. Ms. Saintal-Bowman and defense counsel will be notified of the courtroom location via CM/ECF when one is assigned.
