TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of non-party Gerard Russillo's letter, seeking an extension of time to respond to Defendant's subpoena to afford him an opportunity to retain counsel. (ECF No. 68). The request is granted. Mr. Russillo's deadline to retain counsel and to object and/or respond to the subpoena is extended through and including August 31, 2026. There will be no further extensions of this deadline. In light of the foregoing, the 8/18/26 Settlement Conference is adjourned pending the outcome of Defendant's motion to enforce the subpoena. Defense counsel is instructed to serve a copy of this Order on Mr. Russillo. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Jessica S. Allen on 7/31/2026. (amv)
