ORDER granting 91 : On 05/28/2026, the Court referred the parties to mediation, and directed the parties to complete mediation by 07/22/2026 and file a joint status report by 07/29/2026. (See 05/28/2026 Ref. Order.) These deadlines were not optional. Despite these deadlines, and without seeking an extension of these deadlines, the parties report that they participated in mediation twice in 2023 and that they are "working on selecting a mediator and are coordinating schedules to finalize a mutually agreeable date for the second mediation." (See ECF No. 91.) This is unacceptable. By 08/04/2026, the parties shall file a letter confirming the date and time of the mediation. The mediation shall be completed by 09/21/2026. The parties shall file a joint status report by 09/28/2026 on the status of mediation. Further extensions of these deadlines are unlikely absent extraordinary circumstances.
