Order on Motion for Leave to File
ORDER Re Defendant's Motion for Leave to File Reply (Doc. 26 ): Several of the factors cited by Defendant as exceptional circumstances, such as the breadth and novelty of the issues raised by the operative complaint, were already present when Defendant filed its motion to dismiss, for which it received leave to file excess pages. Similarly, the desire to have the last word in response to arguments raised in Plaintiff's brief does not qualify as an exceptional circumstance. Accordingly, Defendant's Motion for Leave to File Reply (Doc. 26 ) is DENIED. Signed by Chief District Judge Staci M. Yandle on 8/31/2026. (kbr). THIS TEXT ENTRY IS AN ORDER OF THE COURT. NO FURTHER DOCUMENTATION WILL BE MAILED.
