ORDER denying 68 Motion in Limine. At bottom, Daubert is a gatekeeping rule, not a command to weigh the evidence before the jury gets a look. Riva has flagged plenty of areas to press Leffert on--from the precise meteorological inputs he used to his reliance on manufacturer specifications over field tests. But those are vulnerabilities to be exposed on cross-examination, not fatal methodological flaws that require striking his testimony. Leffert's methods are sufficiently grounded i n accepted engineering practices to pass the threshold of admissibility. Whether his conclusions ultimately withstand scrutiny is a question for the jury. Accordingly, Riva's motion to limit Leffert's expert testimony (Doc. 68) is DENIED. Signed by District Judge Kyle C.
