A Status Conference will be held via Zoom on 9/10/2026 at 2:45 p.m. before Magistrate Judge Taryn A. Merkl. The parties shall join five (5) minutes before the scheduled conference. Unless new counsel has appeared for Plaintiff prior to the conference, Mr. Flory and Mr. Weintroub are directed to personally appear for the scheduled conference. Mr. Weintroub is respectfully directed to provide Plaintiff with a copy of this order and to file proof of same by 9/3/2026. Mr. Weintroub is also respectfully advised that the motion to withdraw will be held in abeyance until the 9/10/2026 status conference or until new counsel appears or Plaintiff files notice of his intent to proceed pro se.
