The parties have filed a notice of global settlement requesting that all pending motions and hearings in this matter be vacated. (ECF No. 15). The Court GRANTS the parties request and VACATES the motion hearing scheduled for October 29, 2026.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the settling parties shall have until November 13, 2026, to file a stipulation of dismissal or a joint status report explaining what is impeding settlement and how or if the Court can assist.
