Minute
MINUTE entry before the Honorable John F. Kness: This order is being entered in consolidated cases 24-cv-09811, 24-cv-09913, and 24-cv-12860. Plaintiff/appellants have filed executed stipulations to dismiss all three actions (Dkt. 20 in case 24-cv-09911; Dkt. 16 in case 24-cv-09913; and Dkt. 31 in case 24-cv-12860) explaining that they jointly stipulate to the dismissal of the consolidated actions with prejudice. Accordingly, the cases are dismissed with prejudice consistent with the terms of the stipulations and by operation of Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Rule 8023(a) of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure. See Nelson v. Napolitano, 657 F.3d 586, 587 (7th Cir. 2011) (Rule 41(a)(1)(A) notice of dismissal "is self-executing and effective without further action from the court"). Each party is to bear its own fees and costs. The hearings set for 9/3/2025 are stricken, and any pending motions are dismissed as moot. The Court commends the parties and counsel for their settlement efforts and their efficient and cooperative conduct of this litigation. Civil cases terminated. Mailed notice.
