ORDER: The Court has reviewed Plaintiff's motion requesting that the Court issue an order compelling Defendant Xinli Lee to collaborate with Plaintiff in the preparation of a jointly proposed pretrial order ("JPTO"). See ECF No. 38 . Given that Defendant Lee is in default, see ECF No. 19 , the motion is terminated as moot because there is no basis to compel an already defaulting defendant. To facilitate the "just, speedy, and inexpensive determination" of this action, Fed. R. Civ. P. 1, the Court refers this case to Magistrate Judge Eshkenazi for all pretrial purposes.
