The parties are ordered to proceed to arbitration consistent with the terms of the collective bargaining agreement and this order. Chicago Hotel Collection is also ordered to pay all reasonable attorneys' fees UNITE HERE Local 1 incurred in bringing this petition. The clerk shall enter judgment in plaintiff's favor, awarding it the relief of an order compelling defendant Chicago Hotel Collection to proceed to arbitration before Arbitrator Krinsky in all grievances submitted before December 1, 2025, for which Arbitrator Krinsky was selected as the arbitrator.
