MEMO ENDORSEMENT on re: 110 Letter Response granting 106 Letter Motion for Extension of Time to Amend. ENDORSEMENT: The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff's request for a 30 day extension of his deadline to amend his complaint (Dkt. No. 106), Defendants' oppositions (Dkt. Nos. 108, 110), and Plaintiff's reply to the DHC and J&M Defendants' opposition (Dkt. No. 109). Plaintiff's request is granted. Plaintiff's efforts to retain counsel to solve the standing deficiencies outlined in Judge Oetken's order (Dkt. No. 105) demonstrate good cause for an extension of his deadline. Accordingly, the deadline for Plaintiff to file a Second Amended Complaint in this action is extended to September 8, 2026. SO ORDERED. Amended Pleadings due by 9/8/2026..
