Plaintiff WAYNE CALCO (Plaintiff) and Defendants OSSUR AMERICAS, INC and OSSUR hf (collectively "Defendants"), having stipulated to continue to the hearings on their respective motions filed in this action, and good cause appearing therefor, it is hereby ORDERED as follows: 1. The hearings on Plaintiffs' Motions, Dkt. Nos. 137 and 138, and Defendants' Motions, Dkt. Nos. 135 and 136, are CONTINUED to August 14, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in Courtroom 9D of the above-entitled court, Ronald Reagan Federal Building and United States Courthouse, located at 411 West Fourth Street, Santa Ana, California. 2. The opposition to Plaintiff's Motion to Designate and Substitute Chandler W. Woo as Plaintiff's Expert Witness on the Issue of Claim Coverage as to Which Plaintiff's Expert Larry K. Roberts Was Disqualified [Dkt. No. 137], is due on July 24, 2026, and the reply to such opposition is due on July 31, 2026. 3. The oppositions to the parties' respective motions in limine, Dkt. Nos. 135, 136, and 138, are due on July 31, 2026. 4. The stipulated continuance of the hearings on the motions shall have no bearing on the merits of any of the motions. (bm)
