ELECTRONIC ORDER:
The Court is in receipt of the parties' Joint Status Report and Motion to Extend Stay (the "Motion") (Doc. No. 167). The parties request that the Court extend the stay of deadlines in this case, in order "to allow the Parties sufficient time to finalize and execute all required settlement documents." Doc. No. 167 at 2. Having carefully considered the same, the Court GRANTS the Motion. The stay remains in place. Further, the parties SHALL file a second joint status report updating the Court on their settlement negotiations within 30 days of the date of this Order. The Court will reevaluate after receipt of the parties' second joint status report.
