Order on Motion for Extension of Time
ELECTRONIC ORDER:
Before the Court is Plaintiff Revive RX, LLC's Unopposed Motion to Extend Deadlines to Designate and Rebut Expert Witnesses (the "Motion") (Doc. No. 160). Having carefully considered the same, the Court finds good cause for the requested extension of the written expert designation deadline set forth in this Court's Scheduling Order (Doc. No. 29). See Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(b)(4). Accordingly, the Court GRANTS the Motion. The parties shall file all written designations of expert witnesses by July 15, 2026. Any rebuttal evidence shall be disclosed within 30 days thereafter.
To be clear, this Order has no effect on the status of Plaintiff Revive RX, LLC's Motion to Amend Scheduling Order (Doc. No. 138), which remains pending.
