The hearing on juror questionnaire responses is vacated and reset to 10/5/2026 at 12:00 PM EST/1:00 PM MST. Defendants' Motion in Limine #3 to Exclude Plaintiff's Untimely Disclosed Demonstrative Exhibits (Doc. 10166 ) is granted in part and denied in part. The Parties' deadline to file deposition designations by September 18, 2026, is vacated. The Parties shall meet and confer to propose an alternative deadline to the Court following issuance of rulings on the pending motion for summary judgment (Doc. 5815) and pending motions in limine (Docs. 10164- 10165, 10167-10172, and 10174-10181) for submission of the deposition designations and proposed priority lists for adjudication of specific witnesses.
