ORDER that the parties' Consent Request for Approval and Entry of Judgment against Defendants 25 is GRANTED. Upon consideration of the parties' motion, the Court ORDERS that the payment of the settlement amount shall be made as provided in the parties' agreement. Except as stated in that agreement, each party shall bear its own costs of litigation, including attorney's fees. It is further ORDERED that Plaintiffs' Motion to Strike Rule 68 Offer of Judgment [Doc. 16], which was aimed at an earlier offer of judgment that predates the parties' present agreement, is DENIED AS MOOT. It is further ORDERED that all claims in the above-styled action are hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. The Clerk is DIRECTED to close this case. Signed by Judge Mark H.
