PAPERLESS ORDER Deferring ruling on 94 Motion for Extension of Time to File Response/Reply/Answer. Plaintiff asks the court to accept certain filings as timely nunc pro tunc. The basis of the motion is a technical failure of the Court's CMECF system. The Court notes that the Court itself was unable to access the CMECF system during the relevant time period. Due to the technical failure, counsel for the Plaintiff sent the filings via email prior to the deadline. Now, Plaintiff moves to accept the filings as timely. The motion states that the Defendants oppose the requested relief. Defendants shall file a response explaining their opposition by noon on September 16, 2026. Further, counsel for both parties are reminded to file a proposed order and, additionally, to submit a proposed order "by e-mail in Word format (not in PDF format)" as required by the CM/ECF Administrative Procedures and Local Rule 7.1.
