Status Conference
Minutes of proceedings [non-document] before Chief District Judge Sara Lioi. On August 28, 2026, the Court conducted a telephonic status conference. Attorney Christopher Wick participated on behalf of Semiconductor Components Industries, LLC, Attorney William Stavole participated on behalf of the Receiver, FTI Consulting, Inc., and Attorney Jeremy Campana participated on behalf of The Evergreen Advantage, LLC. Attorney Stavole updated the Court on progress resolving the 401(k) issue. He represented that Alliant Retirement Consulting is currently examining records and that Caron Bletzer, PLLC has provided additional documents that may be sufficient to resolve the issue. Attorney Stavole represented that, by close of business on August 31, 2026, the parties would have a Deed-in-Lieu Agreement and Consent Judgment Entry prepared and ready to file upon resolution of the 401(k) issue. The parties are directed to continue to confer and expeditiously work toward a final settlement. Another telephonic status conference is scheduled for 9/4/2026, at 10:00 a.m. Directions for joining the call will be emailed to counsel. (Court Reporter: None.) Time: 15 minutes. (B,DL)
