ORDER. It is ORDERED that Defendant Aimee Spencer's Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 136 ), Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings (Doc. 137 ), and Motion to Stay (Doc. 138 ) are DENIED. It is FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant Alice Kim's Motion for Protective Order (Doc. 151 ); and Motion for Leave to Commence Action Against Receiver (Doc. 191 ) are DENIED. It is FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant Douglas Eze's Motion for More Definite Statement (Doc. 196 ) is GRANTED IN PART. The Receiver may serve a more definite statement as to Defendant Eze's alter ego status as set forth in this Order within 14 days of the date of entry of this Order. If the Receiver does not do so, the Court will enter an Order dismissing the Receiver's claims against Defendant Eze as to the alter ego theory only, but permitting the remainder of the Claims to proceed. In light of this Order, the Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 197 ) is DENIED. In either case, the deadline for Defendant Eze to answer is 28 days after the date of entry of this Order. It is FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant Angela Ruff's Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Plaintiff's First Discovery Requests (Doc. 207 ) is GRANTED IN PART and the deadline for Defendant Ruff to respond to the specified discovery is October 2, 2026.
