Order to Show Cause
PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE comes before the Court on the parties' Notice of Scheduling Mediation, which states that a mediation conference will take place on September 17, 2026. ECF No. 61 . However, the Court's Scheduling Order, entered on December 12, 2025, required the parties to complete mediation by June 24, 2026. ECF No. 55 . The parties did not file a motion to extend this deadline or otherwise seek leave from the Court to mediate at a later date. Accordingly, a SHOW CAUSE hearing is hereby SET for September 18, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. before the undersigned at the Wilkie D. Ferguson Jr. Courthouse, Courtroom 11-4, 400 North Miami Avenue, Miami, Florida 33128, at which time the parties shall SHOW CAUSE why sanctions should not be entered for failing to comply with the Court's Scheduling Order. Signed by Judge Jacqueline Becerra (nsy)
