MEMORANDUM OPINION: Defendants' arguments possess facial appeal. Even so, the court concludes that plaintiffs should be allowed to disclose an expert witness (or witnesses) limited to rebuttal of subjects addressed by the witnesses disclosed b y plaintiffs on June 1, 2026, and that the time for doing so should be extended for thirty days from the date of the entry of this memorandum opinion. To be clear, plaintiffs may not disclose expert witnesses generally, but are limited to rebuttal witnesses only.
