TEXT ORDER Defendant D.R. Horton, Inc. is ORDERED to produce documentation demonstrating that it retains a sufficient interest in the Heather Glen subdivision such that it would be able to enforce restrictive covenants in the Heather Glen CCRs. See AJG Holdings, LLC v. Dunn, 410 S.C. 346, 347 (2014) ("[A] grantor lacks standing to enforce a covenant against a remote grantee when the grantor no longer owns real property which would benefit from enforcement of that restrictive covenant." quoting (McLeod v. Baptiste, 315 S.C. 246, 247 (1993)). If D.R. Horton does not retain a sufficient interest in the Heather Glen subdivision to enforce restrictive covenants against remote grantees, it shall so inform the court. D.R.
