Taylor Brewer and Scott Harris appeared on behalf of defendants Pamunkey Regional Jail Authority, Matthew Philpott, Eugene Emelianov, Bidemi Adesina, Richard Hagen and James Willett. John McGavin appeared on behalf of defendants Jennifer Taylor, Yolanda Vines, CBH Medical of Virginia, LLC, and Dr. Shridhar Bhat, M.D. The Court advised counsel as to why it had removed the trial date and stayed the deadlines in this matter. The Court further advised counsel that it had reviewed the pending motions and was not going to reset the trial date at this juncture. The Court inquired of plaintiff's counsel regarding John Beaver's failure to file responsive pleadings in the case. Counsel heard.
