ENDORSED ORDER granting-in-part and denying-in-part the plaintiffs' motion to compel documents and better responses to the plaintiffs' first request for production. Doc. 50. For the reasons stated on the record, the defendants must, no later than September 25, 2026, review and amend the defendants' responses to the first requests for production, Doc. 50-2, (1) to specify whether a subset of responsive, discoverable information has been or will be produced and (2) to explain as to each request whether the defendants are withholding responsive information under a privilege, protection, or other objection. Failure to comply will result in an award of reasonable expenses. Fed. R. Civ. P. 35(a)(5)(A).
