FINAL JUDGMENT AS TO DEFENDANT STEVE BAJIC: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Defendant is permanently restrained and enjoined from violating, directly or indirectly, Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Exc hange Act") [15 U.S.C. § 78j(b)] and Rules 10b-5(a) and (c) promulgated thereunder [17 C.F.R. § 240.10b-5(a), (c)], by using any means or instrumentality of interstate commerce, or of the mails, or of any facility of any national secu rities exchange, in connection with the purchase or sale of any security: as further set forth. IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Defendant is liable for disgorgement of $837,734, representing profits gained as a result of the conduct alleged in the Complaint. Disgorgment is deemed satisfied by the judgment of forfeiture entered against Defendant on September 16, 2025 in United States v. Bajic, No. 23-cr-10306 (D. Mass), Dkt. No. 62 ("Forfeiture Order"). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this matter for the purposes of enforcing the terms of this Judgment. There being no just reason for delay, pursuant to Rule 54(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Clerk of Court is respectfully requested to enter this Judgment forthwith and without further notice.
