Order on Motion to Seal Document
TEXT ORDER With the consent of Plaintiffs and Intervening Plaintiffs, and for the reasons argued in Defendants' motion to seal, the court hereby GRANTS the Defendants' motion to seal (ECF No. 129 ), finding Defendants have adequately disclosed a summary of the information to be sealed to give public notice, and further finding that this approach protects compelling privacy and security interests, is narrowly tailored, and fully satisfies the Fourth Circuit procedural requirements. See In re Knight Publishing Co., 743 F.2d 231 (4th Cir. 1984). Due to the time sensitive nature of this request, the court grants the requested relief immediately but will consider any objections filed within 14 days. Entered at the direction of the Honorable Sherri A. Lydon on July, 27, 2026.(ahil)
