Young: Motion Hearing held on 9/28/2026 re 17 MOTION to Dismiss Class Action Complaint or in the Alternative to Strike Class Action Allegations filed by Wistia, Inc. The Court converts the Motion to Dismiss into a Motion for Summary Judgment. After hearing from the parties, the Court continues the hearing on the Motion for Summary Judgment until October 29, 2026 at 2:00pm. The Court hears argument on the Motion to Strike. The Court denies 17 Motion to Stike Class Action without prejudice. The Court sets the case on the running trial list for November 2027. Parties have two weeks to file a joint proposed case management schedule. Any motions for summary judgment are due by July 31, 2027. The parties may make additional briefing on the Summary Judgment Motion to be heard at the October 29th motion hearing.
